What to send by mail:

- Fan mail (yes, really—we treasure every note)
Visit Us? (Not Really, But Here’s the Story)
We don’t have a physical storefront or test kitchen you can visit. We work from our home kitchens in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. Sarah’s kitchen currently has flour (gluten-free, obviously) on approximately every surface. Emma’s kitchen has a “Wall of Shame” featuring photos of our recipe failures. Mike’s kitchen has way too many bulk purchases from Costco.
Maybe someday we’ll have a cooking school or event space, but for now, we’re keeping it real in our messy, well-loved home kitchens where actual families cook.

What We Can’t Help With (But We Wish We Could)
We’re passionate about gluten-free cooking, but we have limitations:
- Medical advice: Please consult healthcare professionals for medical questions
- Diagnosis: We can’t diagnose celiac disease or gluten sensitivity
- Individual meal plans: For personalized nutrition plans, work with a registered dietitian
- Product formulation help: We can’t help food companies develop gluten-free products
- Detailed nutritional analysis: For medical dietary needs requiring precision, consult a dietitian
We’ll always do our best to point you toward appropriate resources when we can’t help directly.
Thank You for Connecting!
Seriously, every email, comment, message, and recipe photo you share makes our day. Building this community has been the most rewarding part of creating Cookies Free Gluten. You’re not just readers—you’re the reason we test recipes at midnight, respond to emails at weird hours, and genuinely care about whether your cookies turned out okay.
We’re here to help, support, and celebrate your gluten-free cooking journey. Don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to hear from you!
With gratitude and slightly flour-covered keyboards,
Sarah, Emma, Mike, and the entire Cookies Free Gluten team
